How can I find out about the status of my order?
For questions about orders that have not yet been received, you can email our Customer Service Team or call us at (800) 604-7000. Please include your last name, billing information, and order number received at completion of checkout to assist us with locating your order. Our representatives are available to assist you from 8 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.



Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
Yes. Our shipping costs published within the site apply to US shipments only. For information on shipping an order outside of the United States, please contact us at (330) 938-1000

Can you ship my order to another address?
You have the option to ship merchandise to a different address during the "Checkout" process.

May I mail my order with a check to you?
Yes. Orders with remittance by check made payable to General Commercial Corporation may be mailed to: General Commercial Corporation, 110 S. 15th Street, Sebring, OH 44672. Please note that because of the additional time required for your order to reach us via US Postal Service, your order may take slightly longer to be received.

Am I required to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise and shipping and handling charges in OH and FL.
